There will be a series of speakers: Carers, Warwickshire County Council, South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust and Public Health. Also there will be engagement workshops along with a market place showcasing support services currently available. Aim of the day To drive improvements in carers support across the health and social care system, specifically in terms of: Early identification of carers – effective signposting to right support Increased numbers of carers accessing support services Increased numbers of carers accessing a Carers Assessment Carers are able to access services/support they need at the right time in the right place Who should attend - Public, - Council - Health Workers - Carers, - Volunteer sector - Non executives and executives Lunch and refreshments will be provided Free parking. ← Other courses
