For those involved in the Job Matching process (Management side and staff side)

Course Objectives

Job Matching is the process by which jobs are matched against nationally evaluated job profiles, thereby avoiding the need for many local evaluations.  It uses ‘local’ job descriptions, person specifications and additional written or verbal evidence.  The majority of jobs can be matched to national job profiles.

Course Deliverables / Qualifications

• Once training has taken place individuals will be able to sit on a matching panel made up of both staff and management representatives and assess the job information against that of the national profile.
• They will not be qualified to sit on an evaluation panel or act as a job analysts unless they have completed the two-day job analysis/evaluation course. Upon full attendance and successful completion participants will receive a signed certificate
• This is a 2 day course and lunch will be provided on both days.
