COURSE OBJECTIVES An introduction to Insights Discovery which helps participants to increase their own self-awareness and that of others to further theirs and their team’s leadership development. Course Overview Insights is a simple and accessible four colour model which helps participants to understand individual unique personal behavioural preferences. In understanding this we can then better understand others and ultimately improve our ability to work well in teams. The aim of the course is to help participants gain self-awareness, to recognise and appreciate others’ differences in order to help communicate more effectively. ← Other courses
