Write a reflective account with help
Have a reflective discussion and form signed
Feel confident to write more reflective accounts

Course Overview

There are many articles written to support the benefits and theory of reflective writing, however there is an absence of practical advice on how to fill in the form and to reflect. You will look at examples of simple completed reflective writing forms then have a go, with help, to write your own.

Course Programme

We will cover:

•Brief NMC Revalidation requirements for reflective writing.
•Briefly explore the theory and techniques for writing a reflective piece.
•Look at examples of simple reflections and explore a more complex one.
•All candidates will have the opportunity to write a reflection to take home with them to add to their portfolio. Help to start a more in depth reflection to finish at home
