  • Practical workshops – tubes and delivery methods
  • Relating theory to practice – Preventing and resolving complications

  • Delegates will feel more confident and skilled in:
  • Caring for different types of enteral feeding tubes
  • Delivering feed, fluid and medications safely via enteral feeding tubes
  • Understanding the differences in feeding methods available
  • Considering when tube feeding may or may not be appropriate
  • Identifying enteral feeding related issues
  • Tackling issues around feed tolerance and tube complications
  • Escalating problems appropriately
