Who should attend? The day will be beneficial to those who are responsible for emergency care and/or integrated elderly care and who are interested in undergoing change within these areas. Delegates are welcome from Acute and Community providers, CCG’s, CSU’s, local authorities and relevant third parties. Previous attendees have included GPs, Clinical Leads for the Elderly, Geriatricians, Service Support and Service Transformation Leads, Locality Managers and Directors of Operations.
